Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mnaurora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. In-person exchanges are also possible depending on staff availability. The return window after a return has been approved is 60 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or outside of the 60-day for completing the return, will receive in-store credit to spend on merchandise at our store for the refundable value.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For item exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For an exchange of size in the same item, you can mail your item to us along with a paid return label and we will exchange the size of the item for you. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account after being initiated. The cost of return shipping is deducted from the final refund.

For Authentic Jerseys orders 

In order for us to be able to fulfill an order that includes an Authentic Jersey, we require confirmation from the purchaser on what customization they prefer for their Jersey. If 30 calendar days have passed and we do not receive a confirmation on the desired customization for the Authentic Jersey, we will cancel that item from the order and issue a refund for it and fulfill the remainder of the order (if any) at that point. This is valid for all iterations of Authentic Jerseys. 

Authentic Jerseys with no customization on the back, or that were customized with a player’s name and number, are exchangeable and returnable. 

Authentic Jerseys with personalized names and numbers in the back are not exchangeable or returnable.
